CHAIRMAN
Dr. Shucharita Ahmed serves as the Chairman of Wellness Ventures Ltd. and is one of the founding subscribers to the company. She brings decades of leadership experience from the Labaid Group, where she has played a central role in shaping institutional governance, healthcare service standards, and corporate strategy. As Chairman, she anchors the company's commitment to wholesomeness, hospitality, and sustainable growth across every brand in the Wellness Ventures portfolio.
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
An architect by training and a healthcare leader by practice, Parisha conceived Wellness Ventures with a vision to build a lifestyle brand around the seven dimensions of wellness. She concurrently serves as Executive Director of Labaid Cardiac Hospital and Labaid Specialized Hospital, and as a Member of the Board of Trustees of the State University of Bangladesh and the Labaid Foundation. She holds an MSc in Global Healthcare Leadership from Saïd Business School, Oxford.
